I don't care about the game's length in terms of dungeons and shit, but for a transformation-based smut game it sorely lacks dynamic NPC interactions. If a character is some 7-foot or taller giant, there needs to be appropriate dialogue/scenes to highlight this. If a character is massively pregnant, the sex scenes need to change to accommodate the bulk.
The only variance in scenes is dick size, which means you're going to have to either play a dude or a dick girl. Not to mention Fenfag refuses to put in specific fetishes he personally doesn't like, even if people have paid for them. So you get fucking stomach-distending cum inflation for every sex scene, but any mention of a character's weight increasing is prohibited. The hypocrisy is laughable, especially when he's making money primarily off of a community-funded project.

Skyrim with mods is probably already known by everyone to be up there potential wise. It shows you a glimpse of paradise but you can never quite reach it. That can be a real letdown. But otherwise, it's pretty damn unique in the experience it can give you. As a huge bonus it doesn't suffer from that thing where games that are primarily made as porn games always being utterly shit.
