Just played a little bit of PTR.
Ana is really fun. She is like 3 heros in one, and you can focus on one of her aspects to make her really flexible. She can be a total healslut, standing around the corner and tossing piss at her teammates and shooting them, she can be Mccree-like skirmisher debuffing and CC their team, or she can be just a Widow-wannabe and snipe dudes from afar. I suspect good Anas will be able to mix all three of those playstyles at any given time.
Balance-wise she feels too strong. Her ult on Reinhard basically gives you Dragon Blade Genji with 1000 (one thousand) HP. Ulting genji has simialr effect, but i suspect Reinhards would still be an optimal targets. Bastion is fucking dead now folks. One dart and he sleeps tight, usually he is way out of a main fight so people rarely accedentaly shoot him. I expect him to be reworked because right now he is total garbage. Ana - bastion is the hardest counter i can think of in this game.
As for other heroes, i think D.va is in a really good place now. Reworked holo-field is really convinient, and she feels much more durable than before. Zen feels too strong desu, i think he and Ana will be nerfed a bit before release.

Honestly, Yahtzee surprisingly summed it up very well. The characters are all completely lazy shallow archetypes made to tick every box in the demographic checklist.
Mercy and Widow for the fapping, Mei and Zarya for the tumblrinas, Hanzo and Genji for the weebs, Reaper for the edgy teenagers, D.Va for the esports culture faggots, Mcree for fedoras.
It's a problem when after doing this, you then proceed to then give these characters the most generic personalities and lines. There really isn't any charm to these characters and it honestly makes me miss fucking friendly heavies.

It's not about a 1v1 situation, it's about the damage that can be done by who you're boosting. Area damage in a team based objective game will always beat single shots. She's hardly obsolete, just watch the first tournaments when PTR is live. Not much will have changed, except PhaMer being even stronger.

I've got pretty good aim, 70-80% scoped accuracy with her in the games I've tried. She does the worst damage out of all supports and pretty subpar healing.
