They will probably be shipped with the live update.
Ana is pretty nuts. Her healing is very strong, healing debuff is also very strong. Sleep gun is hard to land reliably but very good vs big targets like tanks.
But her ult is what really makes her OP. If you ult an ulted Genji is pretty much a guaranteed team wipe every fucking time. Ulted Reinhardt can walk through an entire team too. Pretty much any character with AOE attacks or ult can easily wipe a whole team with her ult.

Why are they ignoring the biggest design flaw of the game? You don't use a single frame buffer for a FPS, that's just absurd.
For those who don't know, I'll give you the tl:dr. The less frame rate you have, the more input lag you will have, this is caused by the single frame buffer. It's even noticeable at 100+ frames. Pretty much no modern PC FPS has this feature for this reason.

People are estimating a couple of days but this shit could realistically be anywhere between now and two weeks from now. Balance changes to the console comes slower because Sony and M$ charge the companies to host per patch. Explains why PC can obtain numerous fixes far quicker than the console users because it's frugal for Blizzard to try and get as much in one go as possible. When the necessary McCree nerf and unnecessary Widowmaker balance patch went up the PC users had it for like a week before it came to consoles and ruined everything.
