Best way to catch pokemon is to sit in a comfy chair kickback and wait for them to come to you. I've caught 2 this way in 20 minutes. You will still need to walk some to get to those pokemon stops.

The game gives you copious amounts of items that can't be bought in the cash shop. With the exception of Pokeballs everything in the cash shop is either rare as fuck or can't be earned at all unless you're lucky enough to live in an area where you can hold onto gyms consistantly. Having unlimited access to lure moduels and incubaters definetely gives you an advantage.

Why can't they make caught/hatched pokes give candy associated with type rather than the specific stage 1 pokemon? Like a Pikachu would give electric candy that can be used to power up or evolve another electric type. And if a poke has 2 types then it can give a random combo of each type when caught (3 candies), and require a certain (but lower) number of both type candies to power up/evolve.
I just want a Gyarados without having to catch 100's of Magicarp, you know?
