People forget how fucking crazy TF2's lifecycle has been; so many different buffs and nerfs making characters overpowered or underpowered.
The Pyro update gave you two choices; play with the puff and sting of the regular flamethrower and the Axetinguisher, or get an extra FIFTY FUCKING HP (more than the Soldier), crits from behind, and you could STILL use the Axetinguisher on slower classes/backpedalers.
People who've been playing TF2 for a long while, give the Backburner another chance. If you're good at airblasting it's basically a direct upgrade over the regular Flamethrower.

That actually sounds like a very legit way to achieve if it takes long enought that you can catch cheaters before they reach the comp, but only if you don't encourage more people to jump into cheating to reach a high level (or whatever that might work) faster to reach comp-eneable status. That has a lot of potential but I think the ammount of people who are willing to take the game seriously AND not pay for the game or use a phone if they are premium is really small. Many people seem to miss that some BR can make money with tf2. I think they even had really low prices for keys at some and they resell them on the market to make money. They did, very early in the game but it had issues. There is a reason why 6v6 has class limits. More than 1 demo makes it impossible to push with all entrances sticky trapped, more than 2 scouts makes it impossible to hold flanks, more than 2 soldiers makes it impossible to protect the medic. 5cp works best with the 6s setup.

if pyro still had the original axtinguisher then ill be fine with heavy winning.
shotgun heavy is super fun though, and i would love something to replace mini-gun to accommodate that.
nothing gonna beat stock so im going all in for fun loadouts.
