You either die a shitposter or you live long enough to become a Uchi defender
Memes and shit aside, what does /v/ really think about Zero Time Dilemma?
Vote http://www.strawpoll.me/10670353

It was a great game, but flawed nonetheless
If Uchi lets ZE rest in peace and makes a new IP I'd be very happy
>I was only 67 years old
>But in my 22 year old body
>I loved Zero so much, I owned all the watches and bracelets
>I play Decision Games every night, thanking him for the life I'm about to lose
>"His motives are complex", I say, "Life is unfair"
>My dad hears me and calls me a faggot
>He is obviously jealous of my devotion to Zero
>I called him a cunt
>He slaps me and sends me to another timeline
>I am crying now, because my face hurts in the previous timeline
>I get injected and forget the previous 90 minutes
>I feel a warmth moving towards me
>I fell something touch me
>It's Zero (Q (Delta))
>I am so happy
>He whispers into my ear, "Why? Because of a snail."
>He mind hacks me puts me on my hands and knees
>I'm ready
>I solve puzzles for Zero
>He transports me with an alien device
>It makes no sense, but I do it for Zero
>I can feel my other selves dying as he kills my dog
>I try to prevent the deaths of six billion people
>I want to please Zero
>He laughs a mighty laugh as he tosses me a gun
>My dad walks in
>Zero looks him deep in the eyes and says, "Plaudite, acta est fabula. "
>Zero leaves as the walls reveal it was all one ward
Zero is love, Zero is life.

Anon... I...He never intended to resolve them
Which ZE has the most slutty face? And which would you do /d/ tier things to?
So who wins in a fight between Chainsaw Akane and Axe Clover?
MIND HACK, muthafucka.
I feel kinda cucked for playing the game with Japanese voices. It seemed like it would've been more fun with the English voices.
Doesn't help that Sawashiro is yet voicing another person in this game. So fucking sick of her. I don't mind based Sugita though.
>>343886837
chainsaw beats axe
>>343886837
axe carlos won against akane
Action TPS spin-off featuring these two, when?
>>343886559
You really thought we would get All-Ice explanation after all this time? It was just a fucking red herring, get over it.
The shit with Kyle shouldn't be dropped, though.
>>343886934
Carlos is an All-American hero, he wins by default.
>>343886909
The english VA were hit and miss, but hits were amazing. Junpei and Skullface knocked it out of the park. It's clear they were just hamming it up.
>I know, I'll cum inside just so I could watch my newborn children slowly die from starvation.
>But it's all worth it because their clones will travel in time and space and become bond villains or something, I don't know.
>Hey, Diana, I'm kinda tired of all the screaming, let's affectionally strangle our children so they don't have to suffer anymore, you ok with that?
>>343886859
Well, they don't say what happens to Ace after R6 hits, but they do mention he's still in prison.
>>343886859
>shit, I hadn't even thought of that
>JUST WAIT FOR THE 3RD GAME, GUYS
>>343887068
>Implying huge slut Diana didnt beg for the creampie because she loves the pleasure of being cummed inside.
>>343886837
Clover uses deception to kill with axe, whereas Akane swings this motherfucker like a stick. Guess she was doing push-ups instead of sudokus as a child.
Akane wins all the way.
Also, regarding sudokus - WHY THE FUCK WAS THERE NO SUDOKU JOKE IN THIS GAME? Like C-Team having to solves sudoku and Akane being like 'y-yeah Carlos, you solve it while I'm in the other corner having a panic attack'.
Or Jumpei interrpupting her explanation about parasites and saying if she would only solves some sudokus as a child instead of reading all that crap, that would really save everyone a lot of trouble.
>>343887235
So many missed opportunities.

I understood that reference.

I'm just glad to hear my girl Chiaki. world needs more of her.
>Who do you guys Zero could be?
>Maybe it's that extremely specific serial killer in the news that just happens to be in the nevada desert and has a nuclear shelter
Even Danganronpa did this better, holy fuck.
>>343886837
This reminds me, how the fuck are they going to handle the last scene when they port 999 to PC? Do you have to flip your fucking monitor upside down?
I don't care how "foreshadowed" it was, the main villain being a dude that was sitting off-screen the whole time was pathetic and amateurish.
>>343887381
Delta wasn't the serial killer though?
>>343887381
But Zero wasn't that serial killer bro
>>343887482
It felt like the game pulled a MGS on me, but only more retarded.
>>343887482
>everyone expects me to make cool twists

Akane starts Steam messaging Junpei in the corner of the screen and then you have to use the Broadcasting functionality of Steam and invite her to watch to help her.
>>343887484
>>343887505
That's the conversation between Mira, Eric and Sean. Theu foreshadow the serial killer thing in the least subtle possible way by saying that maybe that serial killer they saw in the news was Zero.
I just happened to guess at Q's fragment the correct answer, and then the camera shifted to do the reveal.
It actually hurt me physically.
>>343886859
>first thing
We now Snake worked with Clover and Alice in that psychic agency and about those 45 years, it really doesn't matter. It's an erased timeline. We also didn't get info about what happend to Quark or if Dio will come to existence. Deal with it. Same with Ace, we know what he is doing, but it's not important what he does in erased future timeline
And given that Delta is 125 year old he could have easily started Free the Soul in 1930s or even earlier. Age doesn't even matter to him, since he uses minds of others around him, not his own. He could have as wellstarted FtS at age 2 or 3, I shit you not.
>>343886380
>Dio
>Beloved
Maybe if you're a complete retard.
>>343887710
But Mira is the killer.
>>343887773
Dio is loved for how utterly hateable he is. You go in thinking, "this guy seems like a dick, but I bet there's something more complicated than that to him" but nope, he's just a fucking dick, and that's what makes him good.

>>343887068
>I know, I'll cum inside just so I could watch my newborn children slowly die from starvation.
Being cummed inside is an act of pure, innocent love. Diana pretty much regained her virginity after Sigma impregnated her.
>>343887215
>implying Diana is a slut
Diana is pure! PURE! Her ex-husband was forcing her to have sex, when all she ever wanted was to hold hands. She allows Sigma to fuck her because she understands his needs and wants to keep him happy.
lmao I was there the whole time you didn't see me XD
>>343887832

>>343887773
Dio was great. So entertaining. Of course he was an asshole, but an asshole we loved to hate.
For comparission, Eric, on the other hand, was just a retarded asshole and he can fuck off.
I can't be the only one super dissapointed in how Dr. Klim got al busted up, right?
Like I was totally expecting D team to have to constantly choose between doing something terrible or lopping off another bit of Sigma Lisa-style or something, but no it's just a single boom and all his bits are gone. Super lame, should've had more decisions in the game than just "do this and x dies or this and y dies"
>>343888054
ehh something similiar was done already
The moment Alien tech appeared, I was cautious.
The moment the words MIND HACK were uttered, I was already laughing my ass off. This game felt like a parody of the I/O, Infinity, plotwist and metaphysics filled VNs.
I really think this was a piss take. There's no way to see it otherwise. There's even a moment where they point at the screen and go "ZERO WAS.... YOU!".
>>343888250

(1/3)
Just finished this game and God almighty am I disappointed. Not only that but it left a sour taste in my mouth for the whole series, like a Taiwanese hooker who was ordered to peg her customer with her tongue
Literally the only team I enjoyed was C team and even though I though Carlos would be an annoying Chad Thundercock, he's actually probably my favorite out of the bunch. Q team is literally pointless. Mira is just a random psycho, Eric is her beta Shaggy from Scooby Doo looking motherfucker and Q is just the child quota. Like they couldn't reveal at the end that Q stood for Quark and that he's somehow him BECAUSE FUCK CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT FOR NON EXISTING CHARACTERS, YOU LIKE HIM AND YOU LIKE CLOVE BECAUSE I SAID SO. WHY COULDN'T THEY JUST REPLACE Q TEAM WITH CLOVER ALICE AND QUARK INSTEAD OF CREATING DUMB CHARACTERS NOBODY LIKES, DEVELOP YOUR OLD SHITTY ONES SO THEY DON'T FEEL LIKE FILLER. Damn, seriously fuck that team.
And then D team, oh D team. Even though Sigma and Phi were my favorite part of VLR, now they're just "there". They bring nothing to the plot, Sigma is just muscles and Phi is a massive cunt that dies. And not!Luna is just Luna but acts irrationally and acts like a bitch from time to time
I feel like the art style really hurt this game. They took it from standard visual novel stuff to "wooshy washy, ugly 3D models that blab about for 20 minutes" and it hurt the narrative. Maybe if it wasn't PSP crap it wouldn't be so bad, but it was way better to have portraits, the MC explaining what's going on trough monologue and the occasional scene they decide to draw
>>343888662
(2/3)
Another thing that bothered me was the music. Sure it's a budget game, I liked the music from the old games, but this time around it feels wildy inappropriate. The music doesn't set the tone as much now as it's something that plays in the background because of how boring the dialogue is. Maybe it fit in a scene or two, but it didn't make me feel anxious. Even the *beep* *beep* *beep* while spooky music is playing in the background from VLR made me feel more emotion than what anything this game has to offer
The game isn't even bad for the most part, but shit hits the fan in Dianna's ending
Oh God, why did they have to include the part where Dianna and Sigma fuck and have a cringeworthy birth scene. I don't see how they even fell in love besides Dianna lusting for his mega cock.
So that happens and then it just keeps going and going and going
and then it happens
at one point (I don't remember at this point since I just want to forget this game even happened already) some fucking grandpa stands up from his wheelchair and everyone starts paying attention to him as if he literally didn't exist before, despite him supposedly being around them constantly which is the dumbest fucking plot device ever, Sigma not realizing he was 70 was more believable than this. And he's also Zero and he can read minds and he's straight out of fucking Naruto with his purple and black eyes.
>>343888662

I also learned of something called blogspot, and I will finish my blog entry there. Cheerio, everyone!
The short ambidex game part in ZTD made me realize how much I miss it. I didn't feel any sort of suspense at all playing ZTD. Waiting for the results in VLR made it really fun.

and then they bumble the fuck around for another hour until they decide "yeah, this whole game actually ended in the first 5 minutes ad this pointless clusterfuck of a story didn't even happen"
oh and normal people can jump trough time too, it's just stuff in your brain that does stuff and if you're around people with anime powers you get those anime powers too
and that scene where they reunite with Phi again, it sends shivers down my spine just thinking about it, why did he have to bring creepy incest into this, what is the point, way to ruin your best characters...
and Radical-6 is just such a small thing, they don't even pay it any attention
How did it spread trough the world? Well Mira was a cunt and injected them with it.

I don't agree with everything you said, but you are in the right with some things. Still, I liked this game and definitely liked the Standed Pair segment.
Waifus in ZTD are not very good:
Diana is boring as fuck.
Phi is almost non-existant.
Mira and Akane are alright, but completely overshadowed in their routes by Eric and Carlos.
>>343889297

>'Q' not being dead on the X-Com board after getting stabbed by Mira in one ending
>Eric shooting 3 times to kill just 2 people, I thought he also killed Gab but then Gab was alive and well besides him

I'm actually starting to embrace the 'Diana is a slut' meme.
The thought of her being all prime, sweet and proper during SHIFTer meetings, but going full nympho mode when Sigma and her get home, jumping his bones and riding his monster cock for 10 hours straight seems really great.
>>343889009
You apparently didn't notice the hints that there's a 4th person in that team.
I got it prematurely too by guessing (since the stranded pair ending was the 3rd one i got) and really thought it broke the 4th wall and that you (the player) is zero.
I was playing the game for 25 hours straight at that point and really fucked me up.

Yeah. But it is a semi-valid argument. Its fair to blame ZTD, but it's also partly the fault of VLR for leaving it open and making it seem like it'll be brought up. Especially in the case of the Kyle epilouge
>>343891314
this thing would make a great sex toy
Why is Akane such an unlikable character? Seriously, she's manipulative and uses coldly in 999, while still maintaining that she's in the right. Then she becomes some kind of hero in VLR, even though she's exactly the same as before; a manipulative witch. The ending in ZTD whereshe stabs Junpei with the memory erasing drugs just so she can use him in the futureis only proof of that. Yet in ZTD she's this big fucking contrarian whiny bitch, always complaining to Junpei that you can't just kill people, and that it's wrong even though she's done it in the past herself, those guys didn't fucking eat bombs by themselves after all. I meaneven when they know they're SHIFTers and Junpei sacrifices himself and Carlos for her so she can get the last X-Pass, I mean, fucking really. She gets so pissy about that, and I mean sure, I can understand it being traumatizing to see a loved one die in front of you-- except you know it's not your loved one and he isn't actually going to die, and again, the whole thing of killing people and seeing blood and guts before so... why the fuck am I typing this? I hate this bitch so much, because I know there really are people in this world as selfish yet righteous as she. What a well written, bitch.

>>343894837
Delta was the regular 4th participant, part of team q named after him.
Sean is the tenth participant and this fact was only known to team q
>>343891683
Akane wanted to be a good person this time since it's her fault that Junpei became an edgemaster. She hints at that in the pantry. Still she shows her true colors when she starts doing the manipulative crazy stuff like blowing the Reactor.
so i just removed all my ztd filters after completing it (i think, i got all the endings at least).
i thought it was pretty great, horror was better than the first, twists were not on par with the second, but pacing was great imo.
i have two spoiler questionswho was in kyle's body at the end of VLR?did sigma really bring kyle back to the DCOM test site? if so who was kyle?

1) Gab
3) Gab
>Sigma tried to replicate Diana in Luna as closely as he could
>but chose to make Luna a pure maiden, whereas Diana was a divorcee
Sigma really couldn't deal with Diana's past, I bet her ex-husband must have been a monster in bed. She must have said the wrong name many times.
>OH FUCK YES, FUCK ME, CHAD! FUCK MY WORTHLESS CUNT!
>D-Diane, this really isn't-
>OH SHUT THE FUCK UP SIGMA, I'M SO CLOSE, DON'T YOU FUCKING DARE RUIN THIS FOR ME! AH, YES, YES, CHAD! HARDER, FASTER, HIT ME! CHOKE ME! SPIT ON ME! I'M YOUR COCKSLEEVE CHAD! YOUR'S AND NO ONE'S ELSES!
>>343895203
>pacing was great
what makes you say that? Admittably it might be partially might fault from the "completitionist" perspective that I tried to balance out the progression down the timelines and made sure I did both votes for every team at the start which resulted in a horribly paced story
we have no answers to either of those questions, if anything you could argue that we have even more plotholes about kyle as he seems to not exist in ZTD
>>343895319

Pre-cum can cause women to get pregnant too. So even if Sigma was really careful he could get unlucky as it only takes 1 sperm and then he has new baby twins

Just wait for ZE4, bro;^)
>>343895536
>Well, duh. How do you make a robot a divorcee?
Program her with fake memories. The bad experiences Diana went through surely shaped her in some way. Omitting them when creating Luna resulted in straying away from the original she was suppose to recreate.
>>343895601

it's not like Diana isn's used to it already.

Just before one of the puzzle rooms starts I believe but I can't remember when or in which one.
>>343895675
And how do you get those memories? The Sigma who made Luna was the young Sigma, who only knows Diana 3 years before she died. Then he worked 25 years just to create one. I don't think Sigma programmed Luna that pure just because of petty reasons. Luna's innocent is more like of a child, anyway. Remember when Luna hacked ZeroIII and helping Sigma and Phi? To me, her AI seems more of a self-learning AI with initial blank state compared to programmed innocent pure maiden.
>>343895203

I disagree. The cutscenes were goofy as fuck. I honestly don't see how it's better than 999. The part where how nine's remains was described when Junpei passes the corridor sold me instantly.

me and the friend i played with (at first i thought he was super lucky, i came over to him during the finishing two hours of VLR and boy what a fucking ride that is, and not having to wait years for the next game; in retrospect he was far more disappointed than i was) just kind of selected fragments randomly, depending on what teams we wanted to see more of. i feel we got a great balance that way. only issue was we got all the major twists before finishing all executions, since we didn't understand there were four outcomes to the first decision game.

>>343898270
They're playing house while searching for terorrist-san. I wis I was joking.
ZTD ending is that fucking bad.
Zero Escape threads are comfy. Nier/Drakengard threads used to be like that, now it's just console war, platniumbabbies and "censorship" shitposting.
>>343898270
There are some log entries after you finish it, but nothing major. Basically, Akane and Jumpy are getting married after they catch the terrorist, Carlos' sister is cured and Sean breaks Mira out of jail so she can go back in past with transporter and kill her younger self to prevent all the murders she did. Also, Eric and Mira are married now. No mention of D-team, so make up your own story like I did
I think the reason for little post-game content is they are setting the floor up for ZE4 if it comes to this and they don't want to get themselves in another corner like with Kyle.
>>343898469
oh my god i can't understand the censorship thing.
it's localized by the same guys that did nier and drakengard. how could there ever be an issue.
How does Sigma's SHIFTing works now? I understand this game's Sigma won't swap consciousness with VLR Sigma anymore, since that future has been erased in the true ending timeline, yes?

>>343891683
It's just bad writing. They always tried to push a scenario where two people are at odds during the decision game but often forget to take their characters into account, like Phi and Sigma being at odds when they were drinking the antidote and in the incinerator room when it wouldve made more sense for her to agree with Sigma. In this case it was edgy evil Junpei vs sweet angelic Akane.
What is it with Phi and old men? What does she have against them?

I like the D-Team story. C-Team had its moments, but it felt like Akane wasn't portrayed consistently at all. Q-Team was just frustrating because I got Mira's ending first, leading me to constantly try and save Eric only to be stopped by him being retarded.
Delta was ultimately a little unsatisfying.
The game is ok still, but it's by far the weakest in the trilogy. I was especially upset to see the achievement for escaping all the rooms pop up when there was still like over 2 hours to go.

>wasn't he supposed to switch back when this shit is over?

>so we got some stranger sigma dating diana and has no idea who his daughter
Yes in the VLR timeline from his point of view Sigma meets Diana for the first time on the moon.
>>343902905
Not in true ending. It only happens in the Apocalype ending. You even get a log entry describing Diana dying on the Moon
>>343902825
'cause the insinuation in the VLR timeline is that Akane spent a gorillion years delving into the deus ex machina field and there's just rad-6 fucking everywhere like holy shit all the timelines Sigma all of them a l l o f t h e m
nope
just one out of like five hundred if you factor in the fact that the only reason rad-6 gets released, like, ever, is if
* D Team and Q Team votes to execute C team
* D Team get the brilliant fucking idea to go use a bomb that can blow up at any second during the segment if you fuck up
* Q Team decides to... was it NOT inject Rad-6? Must've been. So Mira takes up an injector.
And whatever else, but those are the major factors within ZTD. If even one of those things are wrong, Rad-6 does not get released because of circumstances.

>>343893235
>>343893582
I found one more hint that tells you about Q.You only get the skull and crossbones icon, aka a game over, if the "leader" of a team dies. This is why the story continues when anyone except Carlos, Q or Diana dies. There's only one exception: when Zero and Sean are in the same room (note that when you check the team status, even though Zero directly says the boy's name is Sean, Q is still marked as alive). Additionally, In all scenarios except one, Sean is killed with Q either immediately before, after or at the same time. There is one exception; when you choose to inject Radical-6. After Mira stabs Eric, he is immediately marked as dead. However, after Sean is stabbed, Q is still marked as alive for the remainder of the cutscene. I assume that Mira, seeing Q as no threat, leaves him to starve to death.
>>343902889

Honestly don't know. A lot of people say it's Gab but that hardly makes sense considering ? knew about the entirety of VLR
>Delta is never made mention or shown to be a part of Q team, how does any of that make sense when his name is inputted for answers.
He is, you, like most people, just probably weren't paying attention during your playthough.
The only thing I find that really does make sense and still bothers me a little is how Mira and Eric knew Seans name the entire time but never uses it until end game moments. They just call him Kid or Brat. Then again maybe its like I said, I wasn't paying attention.

The memo function in ZTD doesn't let you view your notes at the same time as puzzles though. Which is weird since VLR did let you do that - I don't know why they actually took away memo features that were in the previous game, but the end result is that it was a lot more frustrating to use the in-game notes function than it was in VLR.

>the result of branching the timeline for a uncertain future where mankind survive
You can have an uncertain future without the looming threat of mankind going extinct.
Imagine this: the plot point with the religious fanatic doesn't exist and the ultimate goal was stopping radical-6.
Happy end, everyone is alive and radical-6 is not released. We're now in a new timeline no one has experienced before. The future is uncertain now since it's a new timeline, but there's no thread/threat left hanging for our characters to resolve off-screen.
Wouldn't that be better?
So the flower puzzle was the most tedious in the game, right?

I kept a google doc open for both 999 and VLR to take notes and write down my theories.
For 999 I correctly sussed out Akane and Ace as the two most suspicious characters and both turned out to be right in a sense.
In VLR I figured that Dio would be a "Too suspicious to be suspicious" villain, and at the start I jokingly declared that Sigma was Zero, so it was pretty weird to later find out that was right.
I tried to do the same thing for ZTD but it didn't work out. The fragmented style of storytelling made it difficult for me to come up with any solid reasoning, and in the end Zero wasn't one of the nine so it would have been a wasted effort.
Mostly the document ended up being a dumping ground for puzzle notes.

Where does he switch back to? in the VLR time line (apocalypse)?
Does this mean that when the young Sigma consciousness ig going to switch back to april 2029 from the shitty future, he actually has the chance (now) of ending up in the true happy end of ZTD?
Does this mean, also, that old Sigma is surely fucked, since just after ZTD true end he will be forced to switch back in the shitty future?

The fragmented story telling is kind of ingenious to me. Most of the time you wake up not even knowing which timeline you're in, until the announcer lists who is dead and whatnot.

Exactly the same as 'take/don't take antidote to poison' scenes where one choice results in an instant game over where you just pick the other one but with no gain or detriment.
I don't mind the Game Over scenes where you learn new information and/or new things are revealed but the instant 'game over pick the other one' choices seem extremely redundant.

Akane and Junpei transported to the timeline where Phi (injected with Radical-6), Diana (radio transmission that you hear in VLR) and Sigma (lost his arms and an eye) survived.
The one where Carlos saved both of them. When Akane realized she end up at the fucked up timeline, she knows she she has to work another 45 years for VLR again.
>>343909681
Oh be nice, Phoenix Wright had a good trilogy
I wanna see what happened at the Free the Soul ritual that Akane attended. Honestly, the whole game was pretty disappointing on the topic Free the Soul. We still have basically no idea what they're about.
I also preferred the long-haired look they gave Brother in VLR.
VLR was the best game. Flowchart was a superb addition, especially the "you chose betray part" and how it ties into the story itself. Also, the bad endings were way better than ZTD, because they often still gave you some valuable info (like Sigma robot arms). ZTD didn't really bring anything new like VLR did. Fragment system was cool but I feel like it wasn't utilized that well, and I guess the parts where you type in the person's name were also neat.

VLR was definitely better than ZTD but I'm still pretty sure that 999 is the best overall. It just had the strongest writing and atmosphere for my money. I think I got the most enjoyment out of it out of all the games even though I'd already had most of the twists spoiled for me just because the execution was so good. I also prefer it because it's a self-contained story that doesn't delve into the completely over the top sci-fi of the Sigma arc.

I liked how in VLR the characters had flashbacks to events in other timelines AFTER you had experienced them yourself. In ZTD the had flashbacks regardless of if you had seen it, which I found irritating.
>all Delta needed to do to get Crash Keys out of his hair was to close the freezer door in the Nevada Gigantic replica
C O M P L E X
A complete shit game.
>Already known map of event
This removes the risk and pressure and it changes the game into a boring tick the checkboxes game
>The twist (lololol the twins) was poor compared to VLRs (mars, future, old sigma, shifting, radical 6)
This game was like pure shit filler. You didnt need the radical 6 shit and the decision game just so you can motivate some faggots as proven by previous games with smaller scopes.
>No Santa, Seven, Lotus return
>No weird revelations about old characters
>VLR characters never addressed
>Where the fuck is Kyle (-?- version) ?
>10 hours shorter than VLR
>You stopped radical six...HOWEVER...there is a terrorist with nukes, buy next game
>Mira killing Eric's mother is never addressed. Or the fact that she is a horrible serial killer
Everyfucking time. Every motherfucking fucking time.
>hurrdurr the last game could have been better but he was held back by the company/publishers/developers
>His next game he has free reign, it will be the true game!
>Its actually shit and inferior to the game in which he was supposedly held back by his bosses

Sigma = Diana > Phi > Carlos > Phi > >>> Eric > Sean > Mira > Akane
>>343910691
>Mira above Akane
>Eric above anything
>Ignoring Junpei
>Carlos below Phi when she was dead the whole game
How much of a shit taste do you have?
>>343910834
Carlos is both above and below Phi, m8
>>343910834
I'm kind of sad Phi wasn't all that relevant this time around.
>>343910928
That's part of the point of the character. She comes off as mysterious/special and really integral but really she is just a normal girl with the same powers as everyone else.

Carlos=Sigma>Junpei>Sean>Phi>Diana>Akane>Eric>Mira

>I hate shoehorned humor and fanfiction
>I like Ace Attorney
Found a serious contradiction here.

Fanservice*
>>343910532
>best thing that came out of the series
That isn't saying much
>>343910691
I usually don't bother with these ratings, but I tried arranging the characters in my mind and I hit a roadblock. After putting Carlos, I couldn't decide on who to put afterwards as if I have no strong opinion on the rest of them.
Fucking ZTD, man.
>>343910834
Akane is a complete shit characters whse personality can't stay consistent in the slightest (goes from the girl next door to mysterious, killing, potentially evil mastermind in 999 back to the girl next door in ZTD).
Eric is only above Sean, Mira, and Akane.
Meant to put Junpei after Carlos
>>343911463
Besides Carlos, Eric, and Zero, the rest of the ZTD cast is pretty forgettable.
someone make a new thread
>>343910152
people's brains just work differently I found all the sliding lock puzzles jokes and the heart was pretty easy but then it took me forever to get spin or stab the poster in the chest
Carlos-Sigma-Phi-Junpei-Delta-Diana-Sean-Eric Akane-Mira

Za Warudo!
>>343910532
It had some QUALITY DESPAIR at the end, but for a character-driven game, I sure didn't care about anyone.
>>343911281
The PW series as a whole is meant to be lighthearted, and the fanservice isn't like "hey this is a serious moment, but let's arrange the composition so you focus on this woman's tits." And for the most part, the mood isn't ruined by quips.I hate how edgy AA5 was, though. And how the AJ trilogy had to ruin Phoenix's life to put him in there.
>>343910681
Wait, fuck. I didn't realise it was Eric's mom she killed.
And then even though she turns herself in she still marries him? I suppose the one ok thing is that Eric, Mira, and Sean are going to use the transporter to stop the snail incident, but aside from fixing that one timeline, Mira is too fucking unhinged to deserve any form of a happy ending

Delta > Carlos > Sigma > Junpei > Diana > Phi > Sean > Eric > Akane > Mira
Sad that Phi got the shaft in this one.
