As I understand it, Siggy's conciousness awakens in VLR, as a 20 something mind in a 70 something body. He does VLR. His mind then jumps back to his post Mars Site body, with no recollection of what happens there. Akane tells him to build VLR. He does, spending a long ass time in isolation, making Luna, etc. His now old, mature mind, is forced out by his young mind, to do VLR, and his now old mind is sent to before the mars test site, so he can partake in the events, and change history? Did I get that all right?
And Phi, She awakens in VLR, does VLR, gets sent back a long long time, will do ZTD, then has to volunteer to be frozen?

The main ending is the game being in a state of quantum superposition where it never happened yet it also happened. It's the most complete ending because it fulfills all of Delta's goals plus everyone is safe and they still had their interesting stories.
I like Alternate endings in ZRD more than VLR alternate endings, though the true end of VLR was better. A lot of bad ends in ZTD are almost alternate-ending tier anyway. I think naming some endings was simply to give you a sense of progression.
