Really, all of the music from that game was phenomenal. The platforming was tight and on-point, the story was entertaining, the visuals were just as they needed to be, the atmosphere was 10/10 and 11/10 in the kelp forest and 12/10 in the graveyard

Heavy Iron wanted to make the game for the most recent Spongebob movie but the jews at Activision turned them down and made an incredibly shitty cash in game for the 3ds, Vita, and 360. Fucking sad man as the first movie game was great as well. I would pay out the ass for a true BFBB sequel or even a BFBB remake if Heavy Iron were to ever aquire the rights to make Spongebob games again

So, what types of music do you all prefer in boss battles, or even just in general?
For me, I like slower, broken (per se, as opposed to the "flow" that you'd get from something Mozart wrote) pieces, and that's not to say jarringly broken, but rather that there's clear divisions between segments of the piece, like maybe a chorus or a choral thrown in to break the monotony. I like a clearly defined and dynamically shifting melody with simple patterns and one or two simple harmonies, with some percussion used when necessary. I feel that that is what creates music that is moving and effective. For instance, a lot of people like Dragonforce's "through the fire and flames" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=15JCb6P60Vw), but I feel that this and >>342002140 suffer from the same issue of being to complicated to really be appreciated.
