While watching the tape, behind the microwave one the floor is a lockpick you can use to open the locked drawer. In the present an axe is inside it.
Probably been tried. But after you answer the phone you can quickly look at the door and back up to the wall. This will not make family man appear, but as soon as you take a few steps away from the wall you get family'd. I chalked this up to bs game logic of him magically spawning behind you, which it probably is, or it could him coming out of that spot in the wall with the circle. maybe there's someway to catch him as he comes out.

Lowdown of everything I know going from first time playing to latest.
1.The first ending is out the door as if played normally. In doing so negates the fuse as when you finally open the hidden door after the vhs the fuse is already gone I believe.
2.The next ending is getting the fuse first thing, considering you go to the phone listening to the messages and then getting caught resulting in the almost same ending. Each message can correspond a different ending or it's basically the same outcome. Someone is stating there is a 4th message but we will only count 3 for the time being. I'm going to go ahead and count all three messages 1 ending so that's confirming only 2 endings.
Theories/facts/probably*:
3.The hidden "mural" in the wall in the phone room depicts a very insane mapping of almost nothing but showing something. No real indication.
4. Only "3" mannequins are destructible. Also noticing that the mannequin, which is destructible, that spawns in the hallway towards back door after picking up the key will also spawn again after watching the vhs. Will spawn however many times as wanted.
The Mannequin that spawns in the second floor behind you eventually disappears when left alone and is destructible. The mannequin in the attic/3rd floor is destructible and respawns when you go all the way down then back up. The crates are the same and will respawn.
Nothing noteworthy about destroying them. Mainly just for shits n giggles so far

5.Every item seems to have some sort of number on them. Even items that are NOT able to be picked up. The helicopter picture has a 2 on the back when it's supposed to be a question mark it seems. The "Dash YOU against the stones" looks like a 4 more than an actual U. The video tape noticeably has a 1 on in but if you include "june" as a number it would be 6. The Lockpick has a triangle on it which doesn't mean anything specific or could mean "3 considering trinagle=3 sides. The dummy finger looks to have a 7 on the finger tip when finger pointed upward and looking at you. For BEST results in seeing this, stand at the back door with your back to it. The lighting is very strong right there. Some say it can also count as a 2 but it's not set in stone.
6. The number "7" is a recurring theme in the game which can mean anything to nothing or just showcasing "7" because Resident evil 7 and etc.
7. The ghost sightings supposedly can go up to 7. I've only seen 1 but the others are triggered at random supposedly so it's hard to say if true or not. 4 of them are confirmed different locations. The ladder scene is ALWAYS going to happen unless the vhs is revisited.
8.*glitch/bug/secret?* After the phone, you can back up to the wall to get around getting dick punched. If you watch the vhs and exit it, it stops the whole scene of you getting destroyed by family man thus ending the phone ringing. He will NOT spawn near the hole. He seems to only spawn in certain locations unless you watch the vhs.
Most of these are based off other anons so far. Most of them being either what everyone can or can't do. Also noting someone glitched outside and said the outside had NOTHING finished/polished so as far as leaving outside..not going to happen.

I wanted to see if I could get FAMILIED by the hole and if I'd drop down there or not. After some testing, it seems you can't get FAMILIED at all in the VHS room or in the room with a hole, even after running around in circles free from the walls.
