It's like the texture isn't applied properly. I've never been able to find a fix, and it isn't mentioned in the mod's readme. Anyone else have this issue? I use NMM for my mods. I'd use the .357 handgun if it wasn't so fucking ugly. It's all black and weird looking with WRP on. Lucky is fine, and looks great but the non-unique version is all fucked.

Do a yes-man play through. You can leave eveyone alive besides House. House can be killed by taking him out of his little chamber and letting him die naturally. IMO while you technically caused his death, you didnt necessarily the trigger on him.
I'm not sure if that is recorded as a kill on your stats.

Does anyone ever play Caravan? It seems like everyone ignores that minigame when it's the best way to earn some easy caps
Anyone have any idea how to fix this? After 10 - 30 minutes of playing, entering a large area (McCarran, Westside, Novac) results in all my textures being replaced by other texture maps loaded in that cell - armor, weapons,flesh, whatever.
I assume it's a memory issue, but I haven't found a solution for it yet. I cleaned up my modlist and reinstalled some textures at a lower resolution to start, though.

You want to build three "bids" (stacks). The cards need to either be in increasing or decreasing sequential order, or of the same suit. The goal is to get all three stacks to 21-26, or beat your opponents bids.
Face cards have unique properties. Kings double to value of cards you throw them on, Queens "reset" the stack and let you put down any new card of the same suit as the Queen, and Jacks remove cards.
You can play face cards on your own stacks or against your opponent.

You can do what the Electrocity guys did, which was just make some unique NPCs around areas that just had the canned dialogue of regular people. So you can dot those around the areas that trigger Mr. New Vegas' dialogue and you don't have to do any audio. i didn't spend any money on fallout shelter, i think it has some characters that HINT towards old game characters but i don't understand why they would hint when they own all the rights.

1) Don't worry too much about optimization. It is borderline impossible to have a character good at EVERYTHING in New Vegas: pick a character archetype you think will be fun at the start and let it roll on from there.
2) Speech/Barter/non-combat skills are very much viable in this game. There will be frequent skill checks and even numerous SPECIAL checks (though to my memory none go above 7 or 8) that you might want to keep in mind to have at least one or two high SPECIALs rather than spread them around too evenly, don't be afraid to have some low.
3) While it is indeed possible to head straight to Vegas, the story progression for starters is recommended to go south along I-15 after you're leaving the first town. The I-15 to Vegas directly is filled with dangerous shit that's supposed to mainly be encountered after you've leveled up (so as to not prevent you from going back to Good-springs more quickly after you've gone all the way around the map to get to Vegas
4) Play with Hardcore mode on, and if you can install the JSawyer mod and play on Normal (trust me, it will be difficult enough on Normal with that mod installed), that's a rather unique experience to NV, it's a blast if you like the survival aspect of it.
5) Explore a lot. There is a massive shitload of locations you'd likely never visit going by quests alone so don't be afraid to go off the beaten trail a bit.
Really all I got besides, have fun and enjoy. Just play the game however you want and I think you'll be pleased, no playthrough's the exact same so you'll get a ton of replayability out of it

I've always stopped them with a flurry of buckshot or automatic fire, if I didn't pick them off from far away before even attacked.
They are easy to spot because they move in circles and are bright. I only have 85 hours in NV but I've never been poisoned even once, though I've always carried at least one antidote just in case.
The deathclaws take way more punishment and deal way more damage. There is not antidote for being attacked by three deathclaws at the same time with lower level weapons.

I started to play the game and got through until i reached the place where they have the Glowing Ghoul along with some Brotherhood guys. I stopped playing the game because i just coudn't stand the FPS aspect of it, it felt really still and clunky
