That's how you do a sequel Anon. You make it have similar gameplay to the previous game and expand upon it more. Kirby isn't like Mario or something where you go through mostly the same themes of Grass, Desert, Water, Forest/Swamp, Snow, Sky, Bowser which feels more like a rehash as opposed to a sequel. At least there are new villains in most of the games also and in Robobot's case the brobot really adds to the gameplay, way better than RtDL & TD was.
