This is out dated but here. If you like the Return to Dream Land route go to Triple Deluxe and Planet Robobot. If you like Canvas Curse play Rainbow Curse. Also Mass Attack is a nice spin-off as well. In my opinion they're all pretty great & you can do whatever you want, Super Star is my personal favorite.

You know, it would be cool if Milky Way Wishes was expanded upon into it's full game like all the others pretty much were. It wouldn't rely on partners or special abilities or anything and it'd give the copy abilities themselves the full focus which could bring back nearly all the old abilities and make even more new ones since you'd be collecting them. The only issue with this I'd imagine is how easy it'd be to destroy everything once you get certain abilities.
Reminder that Kirby is completely aware of his surroundings, is self-reliant, has moderate intelligence, and has a fair bit of maturity. He isn't a baby by any means.

Adeleine seems like a really ambitious and creative character to me, maybe so much so that the other directors can't really wrap their heads around her. In the context of the Kirby world and the Kirby cast, she really ignites my imagination with what she could do, as both a foil and a main character, and I think it's a shame that she's not being utilized.

I was reading the pause menu descriptions of Galacta Knight and HR-D3 in Adventure Wii, and the line last "What a dream battle!" caught my attention. Is it possible that another comet is summoning combatants to the Arena? And I suspect that Haltman built HR-D3 because it's referred to as an ancient war machine from another dimension.
Is there any other game series that has such consistent quality throughout like Kirby? I can't think of a single bad Kirby game.

The first game is one of my favorites. Such a tight, well-designed experience. DL2 was a let down after it... I liked the animal friends, but the levels were a bore, the secrets were convoluted, and the last few worlds began to rely WAY too heavily on autoscrolling or wind/currents pushing you.

I think he was only kinda cool in SSU and has become a completely embarrassing uncreative excuse of a character since, he's shoved in as Kirby's default friend over better characters, there's absolutely nothing or cool about him now other than the fact that he happens to wear a hat, which I hate. If he's not given a cool role with his own little niche like Dedede's timid, clever captain, why make him his own character at all? Just use a hatless Waddle Dee, he wouldn't feel like so much of an unoriginal nobody trying to be a unique special snowflake if they just went full vanilla mode.
And that's coming from a guy who absolutely adored him in Megaton Punch/Return of the King, but just fuck what he's become. I even liked him at the start of RtDL when he was just helping Dedede, until the later games ruined that for me.

Yeah, his body was scaled down to better fit in with the smaller hitboxes of Metaknight/Kirby/Waddledee, but King Tripple-D was never meant to be that tiny; he looks better in Kirby Fighters Deluxe here he's scaled to the proper size and his head isn't so big relative to his body.
I think making Dedede around Bonkers size would fix it: I mean, Bonkers himself shows that having a character that big playable isn't too big of an issue, as does Dedede's 64 appearance where him being large doesn't hamper too much either.

Squeak Squad is really only connected to Mass Attack, though both games reference Dark Matter and their stories are derrived from the DM games.
DL2/DL3/64 and RtD/3D/Robobot are really the the only two sets you can call "trilogies". The rest are scattered games that either have connections to the first trilogy, the second, or both.
I want the helpers back. I don't care about seven thousand silly new powers that make kirby a bell or a clown.

Graphics are *mostly* perfect, but occasionally fuck up like things that graphics being switched.
The animation of Kirby mounting an Invader Armor turning into Robobot Armor doesn't work right, and it looks like he's riding Invador Armor instead until it completely switches out.
The crystal that Galacta Knight appears in is invisible and accidentally hides part of him.
