Yeah, i went from EVE to WoW.
The thing is, EVE lacks so much content. Yeah, its fun to the newbie zone and pod people with a single torpedo. But advancing just takes so much longer to do, and its not fun. Its not fun to travel 15 jumps just to get ganked by pirates. Then you lose your ship, need to make more money, bla bla bla. Whenever i tried to mine in some of the safer zones there was always 4 or 5 strip miners there. You run over to within a Kilometer of the astroid when they pop, and then some uber miner drains it in one hit from like 100 miles away.
Another thing that disappointed me is that you couldnt get near to planets, or land on them. I tried to whistle for a cab and when it came near The license plate said "Fresh", and it had dice in the mirror If anything I could say that this cab was rare But I thought man forget it yo homes to Bel-Air I pulled up to the house about 7 or 8 And I yelled to the cabbie 'yo homes smell ya later' Looked at my kingdom I was finally there To sit on my throne as the Prince of Bel-Air

Each Battleborn has 2 ways to unlock them. You can either make it to a certain level or complete a challenge. Some are unlocked via story, some are unlocked by winning 5 matches with characters from a specific faction. Maybe 20-30 hours to unlock everyone during the mostly PvP beta (had to get to lvl 40 for Ghalt).
Main problem with this game - no advertising, no press, and almost no one who isn't fucking annoying has put out good gameplay videos.
The hype for this game is almost non-existent, they've handled it really badly.

If I may interject, I've noticed a lot of poorfags complain about the price. However, are they really thinking about why that price is the way it is?
If you think about it there's actually a lot to cover in this game:
Single player and coop story mode with 8 missions (for now). All of which need to be balanced, levels and Bosses designed, and run ~45mins each (from what I could tell in the CTT and Beta).
PvP with 3 modes (for now), Meltdown, Incursion, and Capture. All of which need levels to design and balances implemented.
Enemies and bosses needed to be designed, balanced, and implemented into their environments.
Then there's the 25 (for now) Battleborn. All of which need to be designed, differentiated, and balanced.
Gear as well, which need to be designed and set to not create something unbalanced.
Plus, there's all the time and manpower put into making the game. Graphic designers, storyboarders, voice actors, animators, artists, etc. etc.
I dunno, maybe it's just me, but I feel like a lot of poorfags here only complain about $60 because they're neets who can't afford anything. Am I in the wrong here? Like, I feel that $60 is a reasonable asking price considering everything put into the game and everything the game offers.

It's $80 total for the game+dlc if you buy them separate on Steam. $75 if you buy the "Digital Deluxe Pre-order" bullshit, and $20 gets you, what? They say

I think I heard that the skins in the Beta were just placeholders for actuall skin changes but don't quote me on that. However, people pay for customization if they have the income for it. And you have to pay the artists, graphic designers, etc. etc. etc.
Optimization I can understand. Some people complain the game runs like shit, others say it runs fine. I'm in the inbetween, it runs fine but can stutter and have frame-rate drops but nothing game-breaking for me.

I looked again and it looks like 5 maps for one and 3 for another. That's probably comparable for Battleborn's PvP since I'm not sure about Battleborn's map variety.
