The way I usually write these fics is "spend a few hours on Saturday/Sunday writing and then binge write for 5 hours on Monday/Tuesday morning and proofread before /ctt/ starts". I saw a "new" painting software called medibang paint pro, not sure if it's good but it's free. It has tools for comic paneling and paging.
Other than that, gitting gud at art is just about practicing, so start right the fuck now.
