Very low chance of that happening. CFW gets perodic updates. I'm sure at some point Nintendo will find a block just like Sony did when the PS3 got hacked. But I highly doubt it will delete everything off your 3DS.

The gameplay is a straight downgrade compared to Hotline Miami though.
There are several things wrong with it (some characters are simply broken, boring, or clunky) but tbe absolute worst is the map design.
