What's the deal with the achievements on xbox one? How does the system work? I just got a whole bunch of Wolfenstein TNO achievements glitch on me, didn't even get one for beating the game, what the actual fuck? I've never seen anything like it in 10 years of xbox live! You're supposed to improve things, not make it worse ffs.
It's weird, because some games just do that. It must be more about the game having errors in the code triggering it's unlocking, because I 100%ed TNO no problem, yet Uncharted gave my friend the second to last and last trophy for finding treasure but not the first bronze one, as well as not unlocking the game complete trophy the first time he played through.

Some people say that the way the achievements work has changed. Like, they're not actually in the game but it's more like an xbox app and it involves xbox live syncing and verifying and stuff. I have no idea, just hoping someone can answer this. I'm an achievement whore and this is really grinding my gears...

finally started playing half life 2 never played it before but people kept talking about it so i decided to give it a go it's really good and it looks nice water especially been experimenting with it shooting it grenades nice splashes and all it looks good i like it now on this hovercraft opens up a bit lots of water so i'm glad definitely gonna keep playing because i really like it so far thanks for recommending

hl2 is a fun game really, it just works well, runs well, and looks well.

We all agree this is the worst one right?
It makes me miss Homecoming, which had better graphics and design, despite having a better combat system had a better balance between combat and puzzles, where this forces you to fight with its ridiculous combat system where enemies become temporarily invincible every 2 hits. Homecoming even manages to show a little more respect for the player by not having silly jump scares every 12 seconds where you run around a big pointless open world.

The rain theme was a neat idea, but the game felt like it was trying to capture the same lightning in a bottle that made SH2 good, but failed.
IMO the best outsourced SH game is ironically Shattered Memories, which strays far from the original series formula.

Downpour started really good with the forest and the mines. I looked interesting, spooky, and you were actualy trying to survive.
Then you enter the city in it just goes to absolute shit. I still don't understand how they went from scary white monsters to buffed luchadores and grannies in police cars. It looked like a fucking bad parody of silent hill.

No way. Homecoming is awful, awful awful. It is action focused with fucking combo fighting system, it has terrible visuals and controls and the fighting is tedious and unfair. It has like 2 puzzles, rehashed enemies, action movie story where you blast monsters with your nigga friend. No, it's definitely the worst one. In fact, fighting monsters up close all the time made the game frustrating to me, which is the worst thing a horror game could be as it loses all fear.
Downpour has more focus on exploration, proper open world with side missions, fighting is simple but it should be like that, it even has puzzle difficulty that actually changes the puzzles.
Only downside to Downpour is to me, that it has a lot of technical problems and that it is not scary (but it is still more tense than Homecoming as you don't fight monsters constantly up close). The story is not great, but it's better than the one in Homecoming. They tried at least, with something else and new, while Homecoming just took stuff from previous SH games and said hey, this'll work. They didn't get what made SH good, Downpour team at least wanted to understand.
So now that Grand Admiral Thrawn is canon, how would you feel about him appearing in future Star Wars games?

What's changed is that Capcom is now sexualizing Juri far more than they ever have (not counting the card game) so people are excited I guess. This also breeds more, sexier fanart so there's that.
