I recently bought a ps4 and been playing the shit out of bloodborne. I never played any of the other Dark souls games, but I want to play 3 when it is released. I can get DaS SOTFS on my ps4, but how should I play the first one? Exclude PC as an option. Should I buy a ps3 and play it or what?

Dark Souls is still the best IMO
Demons Souls came first but it's not as godlike as Dark Souls IMO
DaS2 is bad. Dark Souls is best on PC. It runs on toasters.

DMC3 isn't better than the first one, though. It expanded Dante's moveset significantly, which is nice, but the enemies, boss battles, and environments are all a step down from DMC.
The issue being that this is the fifth game.

Whew, i've just finished Etrian Odyssey (the first one) for the DS. That was a nice log ride. Really liked the 'plot twist' from L20

I played a bit of 2 on shitty emulator and it was a bit demoralizing how easily I was slaughtered by the first few enemies. Although it's been a while since I last played it and now I'm kinda looking for unforgivingly difficult games with tons of micromanagement. Does the game get any easier later on?
Oddly enough I just started playing EO4. It's my first one.
