What's your honest opinion on Steam refunds, /v/?
Obviously an alliance by Steam and triple-A game developers to drive indies out of the industry.
Some indie games can be beaten in two hours, so people could beat and return them. It's not fair. :/

I doubt they'll let you rerun a game you have an achievement of beating already. And if a game is that short it probably doesn't cost enough to be worth refunding

Streamers are the new "gaming journalism", but it is more than just PR.
Streamers influence a lot of gamers and many many people believe that the amount of views directly translate into the game being good. Also, lots of people play games today because they want to fit in and feel the need to be legitimated by others in order to enjoy a game. So a game with a big and relevant community helps create that illusion. That's where streamers come in.
Gamers also can't differentiate a game journalist's critic from a streamer's opinion, because let's be honest, they are worth the same.

Because only one piece of DLC (worst season pass ever, fuck you gearbox), and pretty much was a meh game compared to Borderlands 2, so after everyone played though it and the claptrap DLC, everyone went on to something else or back to Borderlands 2 if they needed their Borderlands fix.
TL:DR; It was an OK game that was shitty by Borderlands standards.

With a movie coming, this ride is long from ending.
I just have to express how much I love my Xbox One. I was traditionally a Sony user since PS1 and had never owned an Xbox. Well, on a whim I decided that I wanted an XB1 in order to play Halo and Ryse. That fateful day in January is very well my favorite purchase that I have made in many years. I have Kinect and my cable box connected to it too and any time that I am at home my Xbox is performing some kind of function. I just recently got my hands on the Elite Controller and I am continually impressed with the quality products that Microsoft continues to turn out this generation. So I want to personally thank Microsoft and the Xbox team for making such an awesome product and making gaming such an enjoyable experience. I also give a lot of credit to this community as well, users here post great content and I am always alerted to the latest whenever I come here. With the addition of Halo 5 and all of these upcoming holiday releases it seems that my Xbox euphoria will continue for some time.

The ONLY thing I love about the Xbox One is the fact you can use an external HDD to download games to.
If my PS4 had that I'd be comfortable playing more stuff on it.
