I don't blame them for stopping but they could have set a court precedent and possibly won, giving them the rights to continue on licensed works that are no longer distributed. Or, they could have lost miserably and had to claim bankruptcy.

I liked PM but I couldn't take it seriously because new updates they'd constantly make to change everything. Now that there are no more updates people can actually play and fully understand every character.

Getting there. I was more excited for U3's multi-player before it came out and participated in every beta leading up to it, got kind of burnt out on it by release and wound up not enjoying the main story as much as I could have, I think.
Now that the beta for U4 is over I think I'm going to do a replay of the series through the Collection I've yet to really delve into and see if my interest remains after that.

This fucking games battle system is absolute fucking garbage and its not helped by the fact that a port in the year 2015 seemingly releases with no xinput controller support what so ever so the keyboard layout winds up all the fuck over the place. Plus the way enemies telegraph attacks is impossible to get used to when it looks like they are about to attack they still wait just long enough for you to press the button too quickly and not get the proper guard. NO I WONT PLAY ON EASY MODE FUCK THAT I WOULD RATHER SLIT MY WRISTS.
