The good:

>F-smash is quite powerful
>Finishing Touch kills super early
>Blade beam is a decent projectile especially on a slow fighter like cloud
>Tilts are good like Ike's
The bad:

>Awful, awful recovery. His limit break boosts his recovery to an acceptable level but thats only if he has the limit break No horizontal recovery at all.
>Alot of his attacks are easy to punish if you just throw them out carelessly. Cloud will not benefit from playing aggressively. Your best bet is to spam blade beam and look for openings to punish your opponent
Overall, not a horrible character but nothing really stellar about him either.
