Is Beyond Earth worth it?

It seems a little early to sell me on the idea of a nostalgic Sonic game, if that is indeed what they're planning this year. Generations wasn't that long ago, and it pretty much hit all the right notes for nostalgia. The only thing I could imagine being more nostalgic is a game strictly following a "classic" Sonic formula, but Sega has shown that's just simply not something they're interested in.

To each his own I guess. I didn't like Generations or Colors for that matter. In fact, I haven't liked any of the Sonic games after Megadrive/Genesis. Some have been playable, sure, but nothing to write home about.
The only game that has come close has been Freedom Planet.
I don't think Sonic Team can produce anything I would consider good anymore.

Generations and Colors had things that irked me, but I understand the perfect Sonic game I would want probably isn't possible, so it's a decent middle ground. I definitely feel both of those games got closer to a classic Sonic feel than any other Sonic game had for the 10 years prior.
I would honestly like to see them do something like Sonic Jam again, remaster the older games, and maybe add in cut content like the original Hidden Palace, and a virtual museum of sorts.
What games did you enjoy that were considered average or bad by professional/"professional" (depending on how much worth you put into them) reviewers? Pic related for me and admittedly a stereotypical /v/ choice but a good way of getting the thread started nonetheless.

Shadows of Mordor, You become a legend among the orcs as you become Death incarnate, an unseeable foe that rampages through the orcish ranks
Dishonored, if you git gud you are 100% unkillable demon god king, master of Blink+Agility, If you get the right abilities you are an absolute killing machine
Picked this up in the sales, how the fuck did they let a Sherlock Holmes game be so good? I mean, one case in and I'm being asked to juggle three viable (if only two vaguely realistic) suspects with the possibility of collaboration and no effort by the game to shout at me which the right answer is, on top of a morality system that asks what you think is right rather than if you want to be good or bad. I can't remember the last time a game like this actually asked me to think a little.
I should really get to play this game. I enjoyed the hell out of the previous Sherlock Holmes game.

That being said I think it gets a 96/100 on metacritic and is voted game of the year across the board.
Since TPHD releases in March. I expect Zelda U to release within a month of e3 or November.

If I get PS Vita PCH 1004 (ZA01) is it possible to run pirated ISOs on it? There are three games that interests me and my fiancee on this platform, but they are unavailable in our country and we're too poor to import them. I can buy used PS Vita for 20$ and I need to know is it possible to install homebrew or something to run ISOs on it
