I played through Halo 1 (for the first time) yesterday in one go and had fun. Levels were repetitive at some points but what I personally liked most was enemy AI, covenant seemed smarter than most enemies in FPS games today. Do you think Halo 1 has aged well /v/?

I still rip through Halo CE every year or two, I fucking love it.
Like you said some of the maps later on in the game recycle assets but the enemies are fun to fight and the weapons are all very powerful and satisfying.
No weapon in the new Halo games packs the same punch as the 60 round AR or the insane Pistol.

Nintendo killed monolith
Game bombed in Japan and probably barely broke 100k here in the west. It got released on a dead platform and the core audience is elsewhere. The kicker is it's ultimately just a shitty game. You can tell Nintendo funneled a lot of money into it but I have no idea what they were expecting especially after giving it first class treehouse treatment. Nintendo is out of touch these days and monolith should be sold asap if they want a hope in hell. Xeno series and monolith is all but dead at this point, they would not have been able to break even with X.

Has anyone here used their PS4 controller to play Dark Souls on PC?
I beat the game originally with my 360 controller but I don't have that with me since I moved to a new country. My problem is that the buttons are mapped in some ridiculous way and DS4tool and Xpadder don't override this.
Circle is doing what X should do and I haven't gone any further than that so I don't know what else is wrong.

Did you change anything? I open it, it sees my controller etc. but Dark Souls controls are still fucked.

In the settings tab, check "hide DS4 controller". Pretty sure that option disables some kind of 'check' for a 360 pad in the game.

Its a FREE game, I'm currently running a server, no custom maps yet but might add some later.
Its like SS13 but on a 2D submarine. The goal of the game is to get from point A to point B while dealing with giant sea monsters and finding artifacts. The sub can take Damage and water can flood the submarine. repair it with the welding tool so you don't drown the whole crew.
Dont bother with the tutorial, its broken in the build, just hop on the /v/ server and fuck around with us bros
WASD to move, E to interact,
Have the thermal reactor set to 4000 or so with auto cooling on.
The navigation is pretty simple and you can get by with auto-pilot
The diving suit allows you to withstand water pressure so you need it to exit the submarine.
equip an oxygen tank to the suit and you're good.
try to have a diving mask on you with a tank of oxygen in case there are leaks in the sub.
there's also a sonar map that shows the terrain and will blip for monsters and shit
other than that, ask the crew what to do and hopefully you won't die.
