When it comes to Touhou, should I start with the PC-98 games or the Windows games?
Touhou 6 - EoSD. It's the first windows game.
The canonicity of the PC-98 games is still dubious at best.

Even if they were there's nothing wrong with it since every title made so far have been great experiences.
