This is not a drill! Capcom has patched out Chun-li's the physics for Chun-li's model in the Character Select screen. Rather than fixing the bug that causes this, they just disabled the physics on her body all together.

Some kid I was befriending tried to steal Yu-Gi-Oh Duelist of the Roses when I was younger when he came over to my house for the first time and we played different vidya. As he left the apartment, I noticed he had something box shaped in his jacket when he was leaving and he was clutching it pretty obviously. I told him to open it up and there was the game.
He was black by the way. I think that's what caused me to be extremely racist in my life later on.
