Ranger
Don't really have a favorite skillset as I like nearly all of them, though I'm not too fond of the red vocations. Assassin is great though, albeit flawed.
Trying to train a strider pawn, but it's not turning out very well. Yellow pawns are the hardest to train it feels, like leagues above the others in terms of difficulty.
What change do you want to see in Xenoverse 2, /v/?

Super Saiyan doesn't drain ki, but being knocked down while at little ki reverts the transformation with a stat debuff. Also Super Saiyan Hair stands up

Bad combat, static NPCs that recycle lots of dialogue, heavy reliance on fetch quests, open world full of recycled content instead of handcrafted like Gothic.
