Thinking of getting a PS3, had some question before I make my final decision.
Which model should I go for? Read some shitty things about the super slim (noise, performance issues).
How much of a memory muncher is the system? I only buy physical copies of games so I don't think I would need like 500gb no matter how many games I get for it but I can't really measure that myself.

Get a cheap used regular slim, it has the best build quality of them all and the potential for softmodding is there. Fatty ps3's are loud poorly constructed timebombs, and the super slim suffers from having a very flimsy piece of thin plastic act as a toploader/noise insulator.
Go regular slim and if you only buy physical then 120GB is way more than enough.

What games have great hitboxes?
Dark Souls 3 apparently. Which makes me pretty happy cause I'm playing through SotFS right now and there are a handful of moments where I lnow I didn't get hit but still take damage.

Xbox is more about the overall cumulative gamerscore while Playstation is more about the Platinums.
can someone help me beat the blue smelter demon? Just getting to him takes up so much of my mental energy. I'm level 119 with a soul memory of 1308282 and I'm still on ng not ng+. I don't see anyone's summon signs here besides the npcs and they do no damage to him.
