Never understood the hate with chromatic abherration and motion blur. They're effects that stop visuals looking too perfect and thus, fake. So many comment about the lady from P.T. looking real because of that impairment.
I get that some games use the effects poorly but the blanket hate is like complaining about Anti-alias or having levels that aren't perfectly lit and visible at all times.

A majority of the hype comes from retards who never played DeS and saw DS as a massive revelation. It's still a fantastic game, but compared to the rest, it's one of the worst in the series.

So when will people realize that if the NX fails it still wouldn't be the end of Nintendo. There are literal autists who think Microsoft would go under if their NextBox was to fail. They fail to realize Sony is done if any future system fails, they only make hardware sales which is nowhere near the profit margin of software sales.
Nintendo is fine, yes.
But higher ups at MS have been pushing to leave video games for years, and Sony in general is in bad shape these days.

If a Microsoft or Sony console fails, they have multiple divisions that can make up for the loss. If Nintendo's console fails, the whole company fails.

Poor fart bass vs. a boss that is super predictable and just has a big health bar.
When a Fiend showed up, you never knew what to expect, and more often than not they were leagues stronger than you or had gimmicks that were challenging.
And their theme just puts you in a corner with that notion.
Why doesn't Marvel try making good video games? I mean with DC you have the Arkham series, you have Injustice, but all Marvel pumps out are phone games. You'd think they could make a killing considering how popular their movies are, right?

Spidey has had one or two good games, the Ultimate Alliance games were okay'ish. Deadpool game wasn't too bad. The PS2/XBOX-era Punisher game was fucking brilliant. First Batman game on NES is a classic... Other than that, capeshit games are pretty horrible.
