Would somebody explain to me how Anor Londo can connect with Irithyll of the Boreal Valley without a disconnect from DS1 lore? If it's the same Anor Londo, why would there be no trace of Irithyll in DS1?

Anor Londo was preserved for the most part, but the rest of the land changed over the millenia. Ash Lake/Izalith remains are present as well. Dukes Archives too

Because Dark Souls 3 takes place thousands and thousands of years after DS1. Anor Londo has fallen, and new kingdoms and civilizations have sprung around and connected to it. You might as well be asking why there is a modern city connected to the Real Life Vatican without a disconnect from real world history.
In addition to this, Lothric is a weird place that warped a bunch of different locations to the same general area. Its been like this for a while apparently however.

Something's been bugging me about this game recently. Back when it was first coming out, my local wal-mart had a demo for it, and I distinctly remember the level being all gray and washed out. Later, I'd find out that the level was Spiral Mountain and that the gray effect was what happened after Grunty blasted shit with her death ray.
My question is, was this just for the demo version of the game? Or is there actually a way to fuck up and fail Banjo Tooie?

Hi, /v/, It's been a week since Dark Souls 3 has been released and I've gotten really into the PvP and wanted to discuss it with you guys.
What builds ya'll using?
What weapons have you had success with?
Where is the best PvP area?
Best weapon arts for PvP?
Builds?

I've found that the Heavy Great Machete is actually a pretty solid weapon for PvP. I've been having some really nice success with it.
I've got a +10 crystal weapon buffed Rapier and 40+ END. What are you shield fags going to do about it?
