You should be fine, I only killed people when I was forced into battle on my first playthough (being seen and a certain fight I wanted to do anyway) As long as you aren't complete shit you should be fine. But in all honesty high chaos is way more fun and allows more options.

But but it was the first I played, its the best! You haven't played 5 or 6, both on the same system and infinitely better than this turd of a game? I don't care what hallmarks it achieved in it's day when it plays horribly now.
The worst thing about IV is that all other games in the series have some sort of creative leveling system, but in IV you just level up and learn predetermined skill. No room for customization or creativity.

I bought a copy at $60, good game once the patches came out. Sad though, the "master race" never really shows it's face when it comes to supporting vidya.
Let's hope they at least continue to support the game.
