In about a minute you're going to lose the match. You know it, your teammates know it, the opposing team knows it.
You can either :
>wait 10 seconds to respawn
>walk 20 seconds back to the fight
>get stopped again
>lose the match
>sit through victory pose
>sit through PotG
>sit through commendations
>sit through XP
>start next map with same (probably unbalanced) teams
or
>Leave the server and find a new match with new teams
>If you leave too often, you'll collect loot slower
