A little more info, not that you care:
My internet for the next couple of months is going to be shiite (2mbps, dont ask), and I want to start stocking up on SP games that can be played over and over and not get old fast
Terraria, Fallout: New Vegas, Divinity: Original Sin, FTL, Prison Architect, and Spelunky.
Divinity, Fallout, and Terraria will all get you a few hundred hours each. FTL might but it's not a game for everyone, likewise with prison.

No, poise is worthless now.
However, heavy armor is still good, especially since midrolling is 30-70%, gives you a ton of room for armor.
Poise doesn't work.
Its all about the poke spamming now since you can fucking stagger a full metal fatty with one poke from an estoc.

This game is freaking amazing. The gameplay, customization and ascetic. And the game just has so much character to boot.
Why do people always call it a let down? Everyone's so hard on the enemy turn speed but there's a fast forward button so what's the problem? I don't get it at all.
