At some point between 2003-2006, there was something called the Falador Massacre. People were able to PVP in the city, or so I heard. I was in Varrock at the time, but a friend was there and told me about it.

That's been my idea for a horror game for a few years now. I've always thought that it would be amazing to be scared in a game where you're constantly surrounded by friendly people you need to constantly be suspicious of because the enemy could be any of them.
