Stannis has his Baratheon army, the Mountain Clansmen, some soldiers of House Mormont and Glover, Mors Umber and his men, he has Asha's ironmen captive and he has Theon as his prisoner and possible sacrifice, he has the crofter's village, he's sent Justin Massey to Braavos to buy an army of sellswords, Manderly may be planning to turn sides and join Stannis, and Stannis might be planning to fake his own death.

1. Battle at Crofter's, Stannis drowns Freys and traps Boltons, Manderlys switch sides, Ramsay escapes.
2. Ramsay comes back to Winterfell, Manderlys show up and tell him Stannis is dead, present Lightbringer as proof, Ramsay sends pink letter.

3. Manderlys sneak Stannis' forces into Winterfell, Boltons are done.
4. Night's Watch vs wildlings at the Wall after Jon's death, Melisandre+Florents+Shireen go south to Stannis (Florents don't believe their savior is dead, Melisandre is a bit shaky after Jon's death and is hedging her bets).
5. Stannis holed up in Winterfell during storm, northerners abandoning him now that their task is done and Starks restored, Stannis struggling to keep them for march south.
6. Melisandre gets him to burn Shireen. Stannis' cause is doomed by bad PR. Jeyne Poole probably revealed as fake.
7. Melisandre goes back to Jon. Davos shows up with Rickon, and the northerners want to put him in Winterfell and declare him king. Stannis loses his closest ally when Davos finds out about Shireen.
8. Stannis wants Rickon to kneel and join his war. No dice. Winterfell is besieged by the northern lords. Stannis is executed.
