Dornish/Reach alliance meet-up: probably weeks later, since news of the explosion had to reach the Reach first and Olenna must've arranged the meeting with Dorne at some point later, so atleast +3 weeks after base time
Cerseis coronation: The fire was still burning and I don't think they wanted to wait weeks with this, since it's more or less a coup, so maybe +3-4 days after base time
Kelly C sailing to Westeros: So Varys had to arrange the alliance first, then sail all the way back to Mereen and he even brought Dornish and what looked like Reach ships with him. Lets be generous and assume that their actually close to Westeros and the Reach ships met them halfway as an escort, still atleast +3-4 months after base time.
Cersei will have been Queen of whatever places are actually loyal to her for maybe half a year once Dany hits Westeros realistically.
