Jaime doesn't accept Tyrion anymore.
But there was a Lannister aunt who thought Tyrion was the true heir to Tywin's cunning and viciousness. Tywin didn't speak to her for a year when she said it once.
Tyrion learnt to juggle and do acrobatics to entertain his uncles at a feast when he was a boy, they thought he was funny apparently.
Most Lannisters are pretty friendly and happy, Tywin was the cunt because his father was friendly, happy but soft. Even Kevin, who worshiped Tywin and was the closest one to him, is pretty reasonable.

Not according to the leaks it isn't. Lords can choose who they want to be honest. All the Stark kids are predispsoed to prophetic dreams, wolf dreams, and warging. Bran's was amplified due to his injury and the involvement of Bloodraven.
Jon, Rickon, and Arya all had wolf dreams and Rickon had prophetic dreams. Sansa never had a chance to because Lady died so fast. And a lot of people believe Robb would warg into Grey Wind to scout, which is part of how they found that hidden path around the Lannister army.

If Bran wasn't tossed out the tower, Cat wouldn't have left Winterfell, meaning Tyrion would have never been taken to the Vale. Hard to say if the Wo5Ks would have happened the way it did had Tyrion not been captured.
I Imagine King Bobbie's death would have happened around the same time either way, and Ned would have still been investigating the Lannisters and their children, so that dispute would still have happened, but with an un-raided Riverlands, and a Lannister force undeployed, The Wo5Ks would have more likely been the Wo4Ks, since I imagine the Starks would have sided with Stannis (Renly would have been a little shit regardless).
