So was Arya sent to kill the actress woman as a test to her loyalty? It all kinda adds up, they sent her to watch a play about her father, which they know all about. They are using it to test her emotion and resolve to see if she can truly move past her true self and become no one. Obviously, by the emotion she showed at a simple play, she won't ever be able to do this.
I don't even believe the woman has a price on her head or anything, she is simply a target to test Arya's loyalty, and Arya will completely fail the test, forcing her to flee Westeros. She will probably "steal" some faces as she escapes.

Also, seriously what the fuck, how many members of the Nights Watch are there? I wish they'd fucking clarify that, are there less than 50? are there 3 times that bc of 8x8x8 shifts so 150? OR are there literally like 20? Are they a military organisation or are they just a little group of people that live in a castle?
Also, why does nobody support them? Cities have 1,000,000 people, armies have 10,000 or more, can't anyone anywhere spare like 50 extra men to reinforce the wall? 50 men from 4 places would pretty much restore the entire Nights Watch at this point it seems, and actually make it kind of significant.
