Apparently the director of the play, who only had two spoken lines in the episode, is named Izembaro, who in the books is a faceless man whom Arya has been sent to for training.

So the way I see it there's a few ways Arya's story can go from here; she either kills the actress, adds her face to the wall and takes her place in the troupe, which then goes to Westeros. Either that, or it's a test to see if she actually will kill the girl or not, maybe she fails if she does, we don't really know if the faceless men truly care or not about innocents, or if the girl is indeed innocent.
