In the show, it's confirmed that they're combining the guy that heals him with this other character that delivers a really good speech about broken men. Put 2 and 2 together, and it means we're getting the based Hound back in the episode. I don't either, I think there might be setup for one like in the books but the story has been changed so much and it would need a lot of things to already happen beforehand for there to be a major battle. Dany might return to Meereen or do something with the other cities but it'd be at the very end of the series and also be super boring since we've already had the Dany uses muh dragons to take over another slaver city already.
Essos would need a major battle like in the books for it to be interesting, not just another Dany meme, so I think the most we'd get is the setup for one.
