So surely the ressurection of Jon is a major problem right? It was okay when it was just Beric, because he's a side character of little consequence to the story. Jon is a main character and his ressurection now puts a lot of pressure on the fact he still has stuff to do. So now there is absolutely no risk at all of him dying this season, because thats just bad writing. But he's clearly going to attack Winterfell this season as well. So how exactly is there any tension left in the series since its so obvious that Ramsay will lose?

I actually think its much more of a pragmatic thing than that. Dabid and Dan just couldn't fit all these characters into one season in a satisfactory way anymore so they made some cuts. If they wanted to do 'shocking' deaths there would actually be a lead up and then the death. As is there tradition. That's why the deaths of Barristan, The Martells etc were so clipped and unsatisfying. Because they were just getting rid of the characters to make room for better storylines. Which is a shame.
I also just don't want to believe they honestly thought those things were good writing.

Tyrion's travels to Meereen was supposed to be longer and more eventful. He hasn't even had a chance to meet Dany in the books. They cut out a lot of Tyrion events. But it doesn't appear as though they had a plan to replace those events with anything. So you have three characters with nothing to do, just sitting in a room and waiting for the plot to advance to a point where they can get involved.

Greyworm and Missandei are plot devices in the books more than characters. Greyworm so that there's a 'voice' for the Unsullied, someone Dany gives orders to and such and reports back.
Missandei is there to deal with translation issues. Now they can have anyone come up to Dany because she has a translator. In the show they're trying to give them more character, giving them a romance and such, but they're both emotionless characters with no personality. So they're just dull no matter how much make up is slapped on them.
