-Tommen hasn't interacted with the faith as far as I know.
-Pycelle had some interaction where he confessed to bringing Margaery moon tea (abortion potion). There's a much greater focus on the trial of Margaery and it's suggested there will be a trial of Loras for homosexuality.
-Cersei/Faith is at about the same place, except Cersei has far fewer friends. She basically only has the support of Qyburn, and they are gearing up for a Mountain vs. Faith trial by combat.
I think in the books, Cersei is alone and at the end of her wits. She will be driven to desperation and do something drastic, like blowing up King's Landing.
In the show, she's got more support from other main characters but will probably work up to the same conclusion. It will just make much less sense when it happens. It's also likely we'll see the Mountain killing a lot of these dudes before the end of the season.)
