5/10 history.black dingus claimed to join the union army to kill southern whites, and "accidentally" killed all sorts of whites, but the confederate general was clear about wanting to kill blacks. this makes the audience feel that all confederate generals/soldiers are like this, and were not just fighting for states rights, or defection from the union insteadalso a distinct new zealand accent in the late 1800s? give me a break
7/10 overall, good but not great, I'd probably download a blu ray copy when it comes out and pay attention to the dialogue and details more.
