Nothing can top Jaws. Also the scariest movie of all time. It's the reason why most sharks are endangered now. You know why? Because people we're scared.
Who's your favorite Family Guy character? Mines Peter he's just like my dad!

I like stewie. What kooky baby.
What's going on with this piece of shit? Why are all actors except Ethan Hawke and Patricia Arquette so bad?
Why did this thing become so preachy about everything?
I expected something like Lymelife but what I got is some Obama voting faggot telling me that immigration can be super nice and some mexicans actually go to school, ese

If I was in charge of the movie I'd have given the kid a problem to overcome. The reason the movie was so boring was because the kid was. Like it would've been so much better if they made the kid schizophrenic or bipolar or gay or something. Give him a challenge in life that makes him interesting. I guess that would be asking a lot of a six year old actor though. idk
What does /g/ use to organize and manage their videos? General discussion.
Would be great to find a program that can batch rename video files based on metadata.
I've used EMDB but it's pretty limited.

It is a crass indictment of humanity that it is possible for something this bad to be made by a person. That it is hailed as a masterpiece by so many is perhaps the strongest evidence against democracy by the people
Anne Hathaway's speech about love made this 6/10 straight down to a 3

I agree with this but at the same time I kind of wish I didn't. Everyone watches movies but 1/100 has anything close to taste. It's painful.

if a QT movie gets 74% it must be 5/10 tops, not gonna waste 3h on that
has /tv/ seen this? I couldn't bring myself to finish it after the scene where Michael flirts with the two girls in the hotel because of all the cringe.
Why does the same actor do the same voice for like six different characters? Does this movie ever get anywhere?
The stop motion is really beautiful, some animations look mocapped (like Michael smoking) and I wouldn't be surprised if they were. I normally like Kaufman but srsly wtf is this
Kaufman realized that if he had made this movie as a regular live action feature, it wouldn't have brought anything new to the table at all. His previous films all deal with similar themes of being lonely and disgruntled and frustrated and all of that typical trust fund babby shit, so by making this one a stop-motion production with an autistic level of attention to detail he dissuades criticism of not being unique.
>>64447074
>I normally like Kaufman but srsly wtf is this
So you were completely clear with everything happening in Synecdoche, New York but THIS is confusing you? The same voice thing is the most obvious metaphor I've ever seen in a movie.
>>64447074
It's pretty sad that you couldn't understand this film. It's not like Kaufman delves into really obscure themes in his movies.
