I've (finally) been going through Tarkovsky's films and while I love certain aspects of them, I find it difficult to get very much out of them overall because of how prevalent the concept of faith and religion is in most of them. I'm not a die hard atheist, but when these scenes that are supposed to be profound statements of reaffirmed faith that I'm assuming are meant to leave a big impact on the viewer like the final part in Andrei Rublev happen, I just feel nothing at all.
Anyone else have this experience with his films? Am I putting too much emphasis on the faith/religious stuff?

Wait, there are people who DIDN'T like this this ending? I thought it was great. It shows him as an utterly broken man, both devoid of and completely beyond all redemption.
in a vaccum, it's a good ending for the reason you listed. but with everything else in the show, it was shit.

The first two seasons were GOAT but it's just been garbage since Darabont left.
I kinda think anyone who likes the show since season 2 is a retard.
Season 2 was awful, are you kidding? Rick and group sit around a farm crying about being a cuck with filler zombies.
Season 1 was good, 3-6 are dog shit, 2 was running diarrhea.

The only thing keeping this show alive is it is based off a good comic and it had a good foundation set from the first season
