What exactly about CGI makes it so expensive?
As an arch. student, when we render buildings there is nothing inherently financially expensive about it other than the one time software fee.
Obviously the two fields aren't that comparable, but it's still provokes the question. Is it the human labor? The time? There are obviously overhead fees the software companies have to take care off, but what makes the computer generated imagery itself so expensive?

Try to convince me otherwise or offer recommendations. I've watched DGBMH 1 and 2, Blind Detective, Office, Fat Choi Spirit, Turn Left, Turn Right and they pale in comparison (next to his classic crime stuff) or they plain suck.

It's so good. It has two comic relief George/Constanza. Like two Barney Fifes that hold their own. Jason Alexander literally makes that show, I've watched thru them like 5 or 6 times. I can see how others wouldn't like it with the laugh track , I hate standard sitcoms. Also Seinfeld has the added nostaliga bonus now that most of the episodes are over 20 years
