>it's a somebody got desperate and gave rygel a weapon episode
I'm on episode 11 first season. It's a great show with awesome ideas and characters, but for some reason I feel like it's slowed down. Is it just me, or am I a hopeless pleb?
>>67695744
No, it's got some awkward pacing, and I needed to take a break half way through when I first watched it.
Just rewatching some episodes and remembering how amazing the unique the show is. I'd say it's the best muppet related thing ever done, but most muppet fans would skin me for saying so.
>>67695744
No, there's nothing wrong with you. The first season is by far the slowest and has the most bad episodes.
Season 2 has a couple shit episodes but its overall quality is better, and I'd say 3 of the top 5 episodes are from that season.
Seasons 3 and 4 are much more consistent and have more plot episodes.
What are the comfiest movies that know of?
I think Tim Burton films are usually pretty comfy.

The first two season of The Simpsons really stand out from the rest of the series. There's a a sort of Charlie Brown-esque innocence to them. I also like the fact that Homer isn't as stupid as they would later write him.
Are there any other shows out there that remind you of the charm that S1 and S2 of the Simpsons had?
>>67693413
Pretty much no. Those early seasons were really fucking well written and yes , they were Schultz-esque but with no innocence, with biting subversive satire that cut to the core of uncomfortable truths and human emotions. There is nothing like it, if you havent read life in hell , read it . it's the closest thing but season one and two still beat it
>>67693737
I might get around to it, although I'm not terribly into comic strips.
I should also mention that even the crudeness of the animation adds a certain appeal that the other early seasons don't have.

>In my mind, it was that Robin had died 10 years earlier, during some run in with a young Joker (Jared Leto). To me, it was a fun backstory there to play with. The whole idea was that there had been loss and sacrifice. In a weird way, he scarified everything to be Batman, right? He doesn’t really have a life outside of the cave. I thought by including Robin — a dead Robin — it would help us understand he’s been on quite a little journey.

>Robin died
>Fun
And has Snyder ever actually read a comic?
>10 years
So batman has been murdering people for ten years?
so is this little backstory/development going to be in a future film or was it cut and he's just giving us details we'd otherwise never know?
Can people post all the pics and set pics they have from the movie so far? Also general Warcraft movie thread.

Just watch the trailers, most pics are stills from those. Also when is Duncan Jones gonna start promoting the film, really interesting in what he has to say about it.

With how often "kino" is thrown around as a word, I'm starting to take kino to be a new word for "Shit" when people use it.
