Yea, these things are ancient. I preferred them to the chain bases because they were more modular and allowed or setting up different scenes. They used to have them sporadically on HLJ or hobbycraft so keep an eye out.
Once and apparently future seller here. I have a bunch of Mega Bloks (about 95% Halo) that I'm wanting to sell off, preferably as a lot. But "a bunch" is "about $1500+ MSRP, all in sorted totes" and I have no idea how to go about doing bulk/pallet freight shipping.
Anyone here have experience in doing such an incredibly high-weight/high-density lot sale? Can US shipping companies even handle that much at once for a decent rate, or am I stuck restricting to local buyers and going "you may want to rent a U-Haul from the place near my house"?
