Spurs have won the league.
They are the only team with a solid base to improve on. Every other team are having major reshuffles, having to get players to gel to a new managers system etc etc.
Spurs have the players that buy into the manager's system, they play for the manager, they can build on the experience.

Is there a more depressing club than Arsenal in the top 6 right now? All the others have in some impressive managers, especially liverpool getting one way above their level. Wenger was a Brilliant manager, he has lost what made him good through consistency and has become stubborn. He feels every player is an investment rather than a player when looking at the Transfer market and that is where he suffers. He refuses to buy Marquee signings regularly on the basis they are a bad investment as they are overpriced and have little sell on value. He buys young talent which is good, but you need to buy experience alongside it to challenge for the title consistently. He just is deluded by his top 4 finishes into thinking he is a good transfer market manager when he isn't.
