Because a company's responsibility is to it's shareholders. It's purpose is to turn a profit. Media privileges are granted by a company because they're mutually beneficial: the media get inside access, and the company gets advertising. If a particular journalist is acting against the company's interest then it is only natural that they will revoke the privileges since it's no longer in their interest to grant it. To call this "unfair" is irrelevant since anything licit is acceptable in business; to call it "unethical" is ridiculous since it ignores the company's responsibility to its clients, employees and shareholders (whose livelihoods may depend upon it).

Either way, we can safely assume that it was in Zuffa's interest since all company decisions are made out of a belief that the course of action will benefit the company (since, as I said, their responsibility is to their shareholders). Ultimately, all these decisions are done to ensure an increase in profits, but they may not all be directly related to profit. In fact, some decisions may lead to a loss of profits in the short term in the hopes that they will lead to an increase of profits in the long term: these are called investments.
My issue with you, this whole time, has been trying to get you to justify why you think it's unethical/unfair for them to have banned Ariel. What you need to realise is that any course of action which a company believes to be in their interest (whether immediately financial or otherwise), provided it is within the bounds of the law, is ethical. Why? Because the company has a responsibility to those who are invested in the company, and people's livelihoods may be dependent on these investments.

My claim was that UFC deduced Ariel's tomfoolery was a negative influence on their company's policies. I posit that negative influence could be financial based on the fact that I have worked with marketing companies and personnel and know that timing is everything especially when you're about to release a product, too early and you miss your target audience, too late and people will have lost interest. UFC is a promotion company so they obviously rely on all kinds of promotion techniques, I cannot believe I am typing this out for you cause I know I will just get a stupid reply in return but it's better that than you having to claim victory cause no one else wants to waste their time talking to a brick wall.
