Not sure really. There are some streamers with 8000+ subscribers per month, so you can do the math on that one. Its enough that you'll see them buying new cars and houses out of the money they make, so its substantial, but that's only the upper 5%.
On Twitch its really about creating a community that buys in. There are some streamers who do 20-39k viewers average, and hit 60k+ viewers during new popular games/tournaments, so they will obviously make bank based on viewer counts alone. But there are also streamers who average hundreds to 2k viewers who make a living off of it, because they get those people to buy in and donate/sub.
