Eh, ATL has a great defense and no one on boston is shooting well against them. Plus the Avery injury kills them since now they have to rely more on Marcus Smart or Evan Turner who aren't 2-way players like Avery and others like RJ Hunter or Rozier who haven't played as much.
I'm not gonna dismiss them showing up at home however, since ATL has these random moments where they just fall apart. I do think Boston making it a series is hard at this point.

They lose touch with what it on the court, going on in the team, and get stuck on analytics and fight over potential versus real worth.
Harden's real worth wasn't much to Presti obviously but his potential was much higher. And we all know that turned out to be a horrible idea by Presti after the fact. It's a common thing that's happened throughout the NBA. Same thing happened to Charles to the Suns instead of keeping him in Philly, his real worth to the team at the time wasn't great but his potential showed up after the trade.
This is one of the reasons coaches are trying to take over everything instead of just being a coach, and I personally support it. Follow Pop's lead.
